Limited Team Tents are available to be booked. Each tent size is 5 x 5 metre tent.  A table, chairs and 10amp power point are included.

It is possible to request to rent more than one tent (they will be connected to create one large space) however these additional spaces will only be confirmed on 8th January – this is to ensure that all teams have access to a book a minimum of one tent space.

Bookings made by 8th January -  $1310 NZD + booking fee and credit card processing fee.

Bookings made by 22nd January -  $1500 NZD + booking fee and credit card processing fee * subject to availability.

Bookings made after 22nd January -$1650 NZD + booking fee and credit card processing fee * subject to availability.

Team Areas will be fully accessible from Friday 9th February 09.00 to Sunday 11th February 19.00. The drop-off and the unloading of team equipment can only be on Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00 and Friday morning from 09.00 to 10.30. Equipment removal can be done on Sunday 11th February from 19.00. Every tent must be cleared out by teams before 20:00.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The early price has been set to purely cover the costs to supply the required tent and associated items.  The additional charges for later booking have been applied to cover any further administration and late costs applied from the suppliers.  We encourage all teams to book early to assist with their budget and with the events organisation administration.

  • Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to National Teams, UCI BMX Racing Teams, The World Cycling Centre.

  • Bookings cannot be cancelled.

  • No vehicles are permitted in the team tent area (excluding authorised pack -in and pack-out times)

  • Due to limited space no personnel tents are permitted. Any non-authorised tents will be removed.  There are no other areas in the venue permitted for team tents. 

  • The event will provide roving security overnight from Friday 9th February across the full site however do not take any responsibility for team equipment.  It is recommended that teams remove any items of value each night.

  • Booking fee is $1.95 and credit card processing fee is 1.95% plus .20c.
